As a certified dealer for Capital Steel, we can handle any project, including big metal buildings, and custom your building to your exact specifications. The real advantage is that the same contractor pours the slab and erects the building, so the foundation and the steel are never split across two separate contracts and two separate schedules. Welding and concrete metal buildings are part of our general contracting work too, which is what lets us self-perform the concrete side of a metal building instead of waiting on someone else's pour before the steel can go up.
